Instructions:
Begin by cleaning the russet potatoes. Peel them and cut into uniform cubes to ensure even cooking.
Pour the water into the crockpot, laying the cubed potatoes at the bottom.
Place the chicken breast on top of the potatoes and then sprinkle the entire pack of onion soup mix over the chicken to season.
